Press Release Body: EnerisQ International, LLC announced today that it will
represent Acoustic Emission Test (AET) pipeline and storage tank inspection services
to its global base of energy industry services effective immediately. AET is a
powerful tool for materials testing and the study of deformation, fatigue crack
growth, fracture, oxidation and corrosion.

The Acoustic Emission Inspection was designed to inspect 100 percent of a structure
from only a few locations. It gives an immediate indication of the response and
behavior of a material under stress, intimately connected with strength, damage and
failure. A major advantage of AET is that it does not require access to the entire
examination area. In large structures and vessels, permanent sensors can be mounted
for periodic inspection of leak detection and structural integrity. Typical
advantages of the AET technique include: high sensitivity, early and rapid detection
of defects, leaks, cracks etc., on-line monitoring, location of defective regions,
minimization of plant downtime for inspection, no need for scanning the whole
structural surface and minor disturbance of insulation.

Other robotic pipelines services available include: Guided Wave Ultrasonic Testing
(GWUT), Remote Field Testing (RFT), Ultrasonic In-Line Inspection (UTILI), Advanced
Pipeline Geometry PIG (APGPIG), Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL), Acoustic Valve Leak
Detection (VPAC), Ultrasonic Phase Array (UPA), Expandable Eddy Current Spinner
(EECS), In-Line Video Inspection (IVI) and many other tests and solutions for
pipelines.

EnerisQ utilizes partners that are highly experienced in providing conventional
nondestructive testing services, advanced nondestructive testing services and
specialty inspection services. The company’s clients benefit from the complimentary
services and technical experience to improve productivity and maximize the
effectiveness of their inspection budgets. All products and services are designed
to be “non-disruptive” which allows for inspection, cleaning, and testing without
having to shut down systems.

EnerisQ specializes in online tank inspection and cleaning (OTIS robotics), pipeline
integrity testing (UWT), and tubular inspection (NDT). The company also offers the
following services and products on a global basis: earth grounding, surge
suppression, and remote water purification solutions. Integrated consulting
services and vulnerability assessments are available for members of the global
energy community as well.
